Silsden Opticians recently referred me to BRI where I received immediate laser surgery for a torn retina. I had received unsatisfactory treatment elsewhere and dismissed. Had it not been for the diligence of Silsden Opticians it may have resulted in a less favourable outcome. Thank you so much for going the extra mile.

I had an issue with my glasses to sort out which was completely my fault. Silsden Opticians were fantastic at sorting it out, from eye test to final fitting, brilliant.

Was referred here by the gp due to ongoing eye issue and was seen the same day and the optician – Naz – sorry if that’s not correct spelling – was great and very reassuring.

Called before Christmas to arrange to purchase contact lenses only to be told the day before my appointment that they’d not ordered them so they wouldn’t be available until the new year. I accepted the error since mistakes do happen every now and again, however, I was due to have my check up appointment this morning at 9:15 only to arrive at the shop to find it totally closed and no one answering the phone. After waiting 10 minutes outside the shop I left. Usually the service here is great but the last few weeks have been abismal.

Carried out a thorough eye test and was good enough to recomend no change needed. Pleasant staff.
