Silsden Opticians recently referred me to BRI where I received immediate laser surgery for a torn retina. I had received unsatisfactory treatment elsewhere and dismissed. Called before Christmas to arrange to purchase contact lenses only to be told the day before my appointment that they’d not ordered them so they wouldn’t be available until the new year. I accepted the error since mistakes do happen every now and again, however, I was due to have my check up appointment this morning at 9:15 only to arrive at the shop to find it totally closed and no one answering the phone. After waiting 10 minutes outside the shop I left. Usually the service here is great but the last few weeks have been abismal.
